New to Kawasaki's

Thought I should introduce myself. I have been riding bikes since I was a kid and have owned several kinds, but I just bought myself a 1980 KZ1000E and I am really liking it. These are my kind of bikes, I had a 78 Goldwing but sold it because it just didn't suit me. I love the bike it runs great and is really quick it just needs a little TLC as far as appearence goes. I am in the middle of giving it a rattle can paint job, so soon as I get ite back together I will post some pic's

Welcome Kwaka! You have a nice bike...that model is on the list of bikes that I still want to own:laugh:

Be sure to take some before AND after pics for us. Honestly we don't care what it looks like now.As long as it has a home..You're giving it TLC and it will look fine..

that guy is obviously a trend setting to come u with a saying like that!just remember we need pictures,lots of em!the mods dont let us out much so we need something to pass the time :whistle: oh yeah welcome to z-jungle!

Hi kwaka and welcome to kzr. My introduction to Kawasakis was the 16 HP engine in my John Deere lawn tractor. I figured if the bikes run as well as the tractor does they gotta be great:laugh:
