Hi, my name is Becca and I am new to motorcycles. I just purchased my first one, a 1980 KZ650...I am so excited. My friends told me about this site and said that I should join so I can get more involved!!

I am looking forward to the new and exciting time I am going to have with my cycle...:side:

Welcome Becca...hang out, ask questions (nothing is too simple, off limits, or too trivial). There is no such thing as a silly question and my first bit of advice is buy a shop manual (they are readily available on eBay)...whether you like it or not, you might be doing most of the work on your bike yourself...but the forum is here to assist you:)

650's a good first bike. Lots of power, and handles nicely in the curves.
But they can really scoot, so take it easy!
Gee.... I wonder what it looks like?
