New to KZ world with a restoration project!

Hello KZ Riders, as my nickname can suggest I am a big Moto Guzzi fan and owner but I just purchased a beautiful 1981 GPZ1100 that needs some restoration, that will be in the garage with my Griso.
I just received the bike and I have yet to fully understand what is that she needs but I can tell it was not used in at least 15/20 years. In the picture the side cover is not its but a replacement since it was missing, it will need to be painted in black like the rest of the bike (which I believe it not his original color, but it looks great nonetheless).

To start, I would like to know where I can find some owners or service manuals I can download so I can start looking at it (I can't even find the battery or where it is supposed to be ) but they will also be useful to my mechanic. I am sure that I will have more questions further on and I am sure that the forum will be helpful!
