I have been lurking around here occasionally for awhile. Lots of good info...Thanks to all the posters. I have a 1982 650 H2 CSR in very good shape 95% original, except tires, chain (aftermarket o ring chain to replace the original o ring chain) I changed the sprockets to get  highway speed with less RPMs, I still have the original sprockets. Different headlight bucket because of a dinger along time ago. I have an original headlight bucket but I need the trim ring. I bought the bike new in 82. a buddy of mine laid it down that's where the dingers came from. I half ass sold it to my brother in 86 and of course he never paid me and I took it back with no title transfers, so I guess I am the original and only owner. The bike has always been garaged when in my possession and all paint in original. I have a 1/2 dozen things I want to do to get the bike to where I want it starting with the bluing on the head pipes.....stay tuned to he technical forums. Its funny that I take better care of the bike now than I did when I was 21 YO and the bike was new. LOL
