need help sending pics

i'm having trouble sending pics. Says i exceeded size limit.

That was me, about 2 months ago. I got a lot of help from a few people here, tried a few methods. What finally worked best was a program Steell put me onto called IrFanView. It lets you resize your photos down to the size allowed here, and down to a littler size if you want to put a pic in your avatar. (I used my mutt) If you are at all computer literate you should be able to do it no problem. It only took me about 3 days....then again, I'm an old fart, can't even figger out my cell phone some days.
