Greetings and Felicitations

Hello all,

I have been a member for 2 months now and finally got a chance to take some pictures of my stock 1983 KZ650 CSR (Model H3). I bought this bike on Ebay in May, and it had a little over 6000 miles on it. As far as I know, only the clutch, clutch cable, air filter, and oil filter have been changed on this bike (All this was accomplished over the last month).

The bike and I haunt the back roads of NE Illinois and SW Wisconsin; lots of Harley owners, not many KZ owners.
This is my first bike, and I am having a blast.

If anyone is very familiar with the 1983 KZ650 CSR model I would like to speak with them, as I have some questions regarding my bike.

Nobody had removed the, "Break-in," sticker from the Tach. I'm not going to break with tradition, so it will stay on.

Welcome. Great bike indeed.

You'll find a lot of parts will be shared with the 750/4 of the same vintage. The 650 evolved into the 750 in the early '80s. The engine had changes to it in 1980, as well as the changes to the body work etc.
