Welcome young man! Nice bike you got there, kinda reminds me of mine...... I still have mine,I will show a pic. I have been only seriously riding a motorcycle from last year october, on my first bike, my 650, which feels like a scooter now. On the 1000, just look out for the leans, and that instant power.Mine is a 81 ltd by the way. Also include which state you live in

1979 KZ SR650, stock candy persimmon red and crossover pipes
1981 KZ 1000LTD with non stock and more comfortable handle bars and 4 into one V&H

Dood! My little brother, 10 years junior, is older than you!

I agree, auto resize would be nice and is not much extra for the server with the small volume of photos here. Could be a shortage of storage. Decent high speed drives are still expensive.

Now THAT'S a REAL nice "starter bike!!:cheer: But as others said......careful with the throttle twisting 'til ya gets used to it. That-there KZ power CAN surprise you if not ready for it......or,...uhm.....at least thats what I *hear*........

Kawasaki Motorcycles...because cars lean th wrong way!

very nice bike justin.
it is what my project looked like before the big cc bug bit me.
like everyone said, be careful!
lot of power in the bigger cc bikes.
just to show you how nice we all are here, i offer to take that one from you and give you a 440 to ride till you get your skills up . :evil:

someday i will be able to afford my kz habit.
