I removed all the washers and it has gotten better. Ran about 40 miles and needle was still touching the full mark. I ordered some 135 jets but if the MPG is good i may not mess with them yet.

The needle are for fine adjustments. I'd focus on the jetting.

Pretty close to my findings with the Z1 or KZ1000.... 130-140 miles out and I'd tell my buddies, I was now looking for gas from this point, no mater what they were doing!
