Steve1986 Topic Author Offline User Posts: 26 Thank you received: 0	hello again everyone, i have a broke post in the number #3 carb on my 82 kz1000J( i didnt break it my awsome local shop did me that favor) which is letting it leak becouse the float needle wont seal. my question is- were would be a good place to get carbs? and should i hunt for factory carbs or is there something beter out there rebonding the post maybe? 1982 kz1000J Miles-6700 Attachments:

JBWeld, properly used, will repair the post and withstand continuous immersion in gasoline.

donthaveakawman Visitor	maybe jb weld is the only answer, aluminum is not easy to weld. another alternative would be a screw or small bolt with a helicoil.
