Took a while, but bike is starting to work well at last.....

Got a 4th place out of 10 guys, but most important for me, shaved quite a few seconds a lap from last year when it was the bike's first race.

Changes from last year:
small ally belly pan, Ti Arrow silencer (some 4 lbs less...) and the Brembo P08 brakes with modified modern Brembo SC compound pads, does really nice stoppies now.

turboguzzi Topic Author Offline User Posts: 837 Thank you received: 72	thanks guys, Larry, these are 29's. a bit small for an 810, but then I am on stock Gpz750 valves and not much porting work.they do match the stock ports perfectly though. hard to argue with 90 rwhp i've got and they do have such a good response down low. there might be a few more ponies with 31's, but out of my budget right now!

turboguzzi Topic Author Offline User Posts: 837 Thank you received: 72	airbox is definetely on my to do list, but other projects and a harsh winter prevented me from working much in my underground garage I got an idea of how to it with stacked velocity stacks (ZX6R style, see pic), just need time.... Can your software calculate airbox resonance? Attachments:

That's not in the software. There aren't many people who really would use those calculations. Throw yourself a custom Excel workbook together as you go along with things like that. You'll be glad you did later on.
