Probably tube size, top tubes look bigger might need a front end rake also. B)

I believe the sidewinder requires a rake also. Can't say for sure, never tried to mount one on a non raked bike.

If you look close....you can see a double wall at top opening of header. Could explain the bigger size?

I cropped the photo and expanded the photo....its not a double wall just a wire going across to hold mounting flange in place....

If your looking at e-bay adds I believe they are selling the same header, just wording differently. The pro pipe does say small tubed and pic is not actual part. You may contact them to clarify what they are actually selling. If it's the same, someone sells it for around $211 if you look around.

Look at the angle of the flange at the head.

As for the other one Yes with some easy mod.'s
it will fit with out raking the frame.

Look at the angle of the primary tube entrances in the top one. You're not bolting that to a Kawasaki OEM head..
