Last to-do list for the day:

Install exhaust system
Install carbs (throttle cables, boots, route overflow & vent tubes)
Sync carbs
De-rust and seal gas tank

Need to purchase:
Caps for AIR system
Caps for unused vacuum lines ports
Spark Plugs
Air Filter

What do you think, off by one?





Something is wrong and I am trying to eliminate every possible issue.

Yes, very possibly off by one. Notice the TDC line (next to the actual "T" stamp) needs to move to the left slightly. This will make the EX line move up even higher, enough to expose the next chain pin fully. That means the sprocket needs to move one chain pin clockwise. By the way, you should be ignoring the camchain plates. They don't matter. THe only thing that matters is the pin count and the EX mark at TDC.
