Build is going good. Almost done. Rebuilt master cylinders, calipers, carbs. Almost there. Found starter relay bad. It really is in good shape. I've been so busy that I just can't seem to finish. The rear tire I put on might be to big. I might get another rear tire. The chain guard won't fit. Haven't filled the master cylinders and bled brakes yet. Oil is changed. Clutch feels good. Have to flush tank as well. All electrical is good.

Surprised it so long for them to finally make those. People have been asking about them for years here.

Guess I'm done for now. I don't think I'm going to fire it up this year. Brakes are dry, and so is tank. I really want to fire it up and fine tune it, but it's October already.
Put a new rear Dunlop on. The first Continental was just to big I thought. I also had a hard time getting the rear spacers right to allow the disc brake not to bind and the wheel to spin freely once I tightened it. I needed the aluminum wheels to do the eventual goose bike. It would have certainly been easier to get a new rim and respoke the wheel.
Also the stock chain guard rubs on the Dunlop 404 tire. I wanted to use the stock chain guard. I'll have to modify a chrome chainguard I'm thinking. Any advice or comments always appreciated. It should fire up and run.
