Hoping you have a speedy and complete recovery.
Im still going thru Physical Therapy from my bike accident and mine was at low speeds.
Breaks my heart to see such a nice 78 LTD torn up. Original beauties like yours are getting rarer and rarer.

The bike has been sitting without the carbs or exhaust on it since the 7th of august and I did not get a chance to plug up the ports. This is a 1978 z1r. I have one manual that tells me I can take the top fork cap bolt in and large ball bearing to fabricate a tool to remove the starter rotor .the top cap on my z1r is not the top cap bolt pictured in that manual. my Ltd has the half inch square screw .I have not taken that out I'm wondering if it's the right size.? I doubt it can anyone recommend anything else to remove this I'm in wheelchair of course and am limited to what I have in the garage . thanks
