Hey,

The bike build is back in action again..

First I have to redo the off set sprocket due to "shit for barins" measures form my side.
Sorry Leon...but I could use the spline from the sprocket you made me.

Hehe...it´s a Swedish brand called "Blomqwist"
Talked to some mechanics and they told me to go for this one instead of some equivalent china crap :lol:
Guess they were right cuz I managed to drop this baby on it´s side and after dusting it off it was up running again.

Got the guys at work to weld the sprocket up for me.





The old shaft drive had to donate some parts for bearing houseing.



And after smacking it around in my modern lathe...

Yepp....holy shit how off I was measuring. The offset is now 50 mm --> 2"
So I guess a support is in order... :silly:

Made a template to find the center of the sprocket..







..and to see how things match up.

PS. This was before the sprocket was welded..

Did I miss something here- did you have to mod the frame at all to have the chain that far outboard? Did you post a pic with the chain alignment? I am super curious to see how you ran that chain! Great work, of course!
