Hey guys. Im new here. I did a 650 project last year and my father recently gave me his Z1 to redo for my self.

He did a complete rebuild of everything about 15 years ago and he has only put 1500 miles on it since. It was his baby. Im not sure what all he did to it. I do know that he changed out the wheels to get the not so great stock brakes out of it. From what hes told me also he did some mods on the fram as well as put a larger cam in it.

EDIT: Thanks for the help i have pics uploadin on photobucket so you all shall see the beast in a few.

Welcome!!! Can't wait to see the bike!

Easiest way to post up pics is to start a photobucket account (free) and upload your pics to there. Once you have them stored on photobucket you can copy the IMG link for the picture and paste it into your post.

Thank man. It was my dads pride and joy, one of the conditions of me takin this bike over was that i would never sell and the only people ever to ride it were me or him.

I would restore that to 100% original. It will be worth 3x of what your dad paid for it if not more. The 900LTD was the most rare of all the 900s. All the parts are available to do this project.
