This is not pretty but effective.

I will have to remove the swingarm soon and i will be redoing the whole rear half. I want to check out the frame and the welds on the swingarm.

I can't get a good picture of the light. The light is off in this pic. 98 diodes!!!!:blink:

Tdub,I used fiberglass resin. I have a two part epoxy i normally use but it didn't hold up through the winter.I will be picking up some tomorrow and applying it to the edges where the two parts meet. Roy

Ok yeah i thought epoxy might be a bit weak. Good thing I'm a good fiberglasser in case I want to try this.

I have found some good epoxy that i use to repair sidecovers and to fab small pieces. I don't remember the name but it took several brands before i found one that works. Roy
