This is the second Z1 that I restored. Made the 1st bike a good 9 out of 10. Sold that bike to Rick Brett to help fund the next one. The bike that I have now is a bike my dad
bought new in 73. I was 16 and he would let me ride it how cool was that. I would
ride into town on the baddest bike on the market. Well he sold it in 75 so I had to
say bye to an old friend. Fast forward 30 years and I buy the bike back and about
3 years later I'm about through with it. My dad now 77 still rides his own bike
but needs shoulder surgery so I hope he can ride it next spring. How cool
will that be!!!

Very nice. Two of my Uncles owned my KZ at different times, and now it's mine. They couldn't give a rats ass about how much better it is/will be, but I like that its been in the family for over 20 years.

First off, Welcome and way to go for your old man. B)
That will bring a tear of joy into his eyes...

Noe for the "I'm having problems loading pictures files are to large." In Microsoft paint that is supplied with all windows based units (Start-Programs-Accessories) open the image in paint, select Image tab then stretch and skew.

Start with 40-50% per image and re-save for insertion into your posting. I personally do this but skew down to 12% then copy and paste several images into one jpeg for insertion into my postings. Works well!

Any image processing program will have similar option for re-sizing an image.

As mentioned, pictures are a must... No pictures well then you must leave, this is the KZ God's rule....
