Nice job!
The only suggestion I have is keep doing what you're doing for that bike was toast when you first got it and from what you've accomplished, sweet!

Question, the under side head image, what was done regarding a valve job?

What engine paint did you use?

Thanks OMR!

I brougth the heads on eBAY, and when it comes to my home i was surprised because exhaust and admission tubes were polished. :D (i hope that this makes some extra performance :P )
In the package i also received the set of pistons, but were bigger pistons (60mm) with improved compression, and i decided to put standard KZ550 pistons instead of boring my cilinders.
These are the pistons that i've received:

I used high temperature uruguayan paint for the engine.

I had a little issue with one camshaft that wasn't correctly lubricated :S.
But i think that in a pair of weeks all will be ready.

P.S: Looking at Voodoosoup project i brought an Acewell meter :) (So nice and a beauty).

Did they have a cable end that adapted to the Kawi cable? Also, how does that work? Is it a bolt up and go, or do you still need the magnet and sensor? I have been looking at one and haven't been able to decide.

The meter comes with the Universal magnet for the front wheel (see the bag in the first pic).
But if you want you can buy the Kawa cable for 20 bucks.

P.S: I brought it from ElectroSport, if you look for it in eBay, you will find too many resellers selling it @ 280 USD :S

Verrrry cool. A reasonable price, also. Do you know if the speedo/tach has a counter-shaft sprocket option for the speedo pick-up or not? BTW, thanks for the links! Keep your progress pics comin'!
