I think I'm finally done with my KZ750LTD project ... lol. After restoring the old girl from the ground up last summer .... re-restoring it this past winter after my daughter ran over it with the tractor last October and after changing out the hendlebars 5 times ..... this is my final look !!! All I have to do now is keep up with the maintenance and I should have a relatively trouble free, fast, good looking, vintage KZ for many years to come !!!

My final choice of bars are called Daytona style ... who knows .... LMAO .... I don't think they look as cool as the OEM buckhorns but the seating postion and controlability are much better !!!!

Hey Dale it's good to see you back posting on the board again. I hope that means Christine is recovering well from her surgery. The bike is looking good my only suggestion is to hide those tractor keys where Becca can never find them.;)

Nice bike! My 750 shaft will be similar. Do you have the original master cylinder on there? That slopes a bit? How does it work with those bars?

Is that a '67 LeMans I see?

Love the way the bike looks. I'm really jealous of your sissy bar! I know that was a lot of work.

Keep that girl away from the tractor! :silly:

Gringo, yep, Christine is doing better and getting around pretty good now ... starting to drive her little car again .... so all is good.

OKC_Kent, yep that's the original sloped master cylinder .... looks a little funky but works OK .... the car in the garage is a 1966 Pontiac Bonneville. I've had it for 15 years or so and my Dad had it since the 70's !!!! So it's been in the family a long time.
