Nooooooice....I had to take off 5mm on my hub (gsxr1000k1 rim and swinger) and found out the zzr1100c sprocket was the perfect offset fitted backwards....
Dunno if it fits yours but it saved me quite a bit.

I had to remove about 2mm.from each side to fit it into the frame.then I had a sleeve (3 pieces where easier to drill)made to fit over my swingarm axle bolt because it was a smaller diameter.I found that the rim was not centered to the front rim.So I had to have shims made, and remove material from a spacer to move the rim 5mm. towards the chain side of the bike.Next I ordered a 5/8' 630 offset front sprocket ,16 tooth (you need 1 more tooth to compensate for the 17" rim.) , and a 35 tooth 630 rear. Now I had to line up the rear sprocket with the front.I had 9mm.milled off the rear hub. There was no clearance issues with frame and chain, but with a MK11 you will have issues.I may Have to use a 170 tire as the 180 will probable hit the chain._

Nice job, I'm doing the same to my bike.
How did you solve the suspension problem, they are not in-line with the original zrx mountingpoints.

Please let me know.

Look at the pipe on this . there is a big flat spot on the bottom. this has got me paranoid about clearance . so i desided to go with the longer zx9 forks.some guys have asured me that the short forks are ok, but this makes me feel better. i can allways drop the trees now to get what i need. Thanks for the good advice guys.even if im too stuborn to take it.lol

witch fender do u like best? im out of cash and need to make do with what i have for now. i have carved up the zx6 to make it look more old school(not done yet but enough to stop and make a decision.). the black 1 is off an 18" wheel, 78ish cb750or 900f.

another addition. i'm replacing my new close ratio trany. i love it for the street. it makes 1st gear longer and 5th shorter. so u get more torque in the mid gears were u want it. but i what a drag race gearing not street. so i got a kz trany back cut and a billet 2nd gear.
