Can someone get me a pic of this "Rear hub coupler sleeve" (part 12 in the picture. I know I have at least 2 around but cant picture it good enough from the diagram. I think I have the wrong one and the project isnt rolling as good as it should, or maybe Im thinking of the wrong peice all together. The spacer between the brake disc and the caliper is the one I think I have wrong. The rear wheel barely moves when I try rolling the bike around, unless I have the axle nut way loose. I also need the size of the castle nut on the end of the axle.
Thanks

I have my rear wheel apart as I'm doing the bearings at the moment. Although I'm doing it at work, so I wont be back there till Monday.
The spacer between the brake disc and the caliper is in the pic below. The "Rear hub coupler sleeve" (part 12) is longer. Picture this one (in the pic) with an extention of about 1/2~1 inch of smaller diameter (like the center area of the one below) to the sproket side. Kind of reminds me of a little pully you'd see on an electric motor or something.
I'll take a pic of it (part 12) on Monday if we don't get another one up by then.

Thanks Rob, that has got to be the peice I need to find then. Part 12 must be int he wheel further, I did not go into the bearings on these wheels.
I could swear when I took the 2 bikes freebie bikes apart I put all the pieces back in order on at least one axle, but where that axle is Im cluelss

If you removed the sprocket and rear coupling assembly out of the rubber damper/crush drive, then you would have found the sleeve, part 12. When I pulled the sprocket with the coupling assy. out of the damper and set it on the floor, sprocket side up, the sleeve, part 12, fell out the back side of the coupling assy. after a few moments on to the floor as all that was holding it in was grease.

Thankx Rob. Turns out there is a difference in the disc between a C (18" wheel)and an SR (16" wheel). I had the C disc on the SR wheel and that was causing me problems with the spacers. It rolls nicely now.
