Me again

Does anyone have a easy way to change fork seals or any quick tips and steps? Plus whwere do I put the fork oil in from, would I have to take off this air valve on the top of the tubes to put in fork oil? This is a big job now for my 1000. She needs new shoes (tires), new fork seals which should be on the way, new brake pads, cos the fork oil messed me up on the brakes, then I have to check my steering and see what the clicking is in there. I can't wait for a warm Saturday, or at least a Saturday thats cool enough that I don't see other bikers ridng and I am not. So easy tips for easy installation?

kzwolf on page 4 of the filebase theres some info on steering stem bearings..waaay down towards the bottom.

Go up there..to filebase, scroll down to "not model specific" click then down to the bottom of page one..click..on page four. about halfway down four:P
