Wanted - Mikuni BS32 Carbs for '82 CSR 650 was created by mjudge
Anybody got a relatively clean set of these they'd like to part with? I opened mine up on a bike that sat for 40 years and it ain't pretty. I'm going to clean them, but I broke a piece of the float rod boss trying to remove it and I have a feeling there are going to be a lot more issues with this set. Let me know or PM me. Thanks!

Thanks for that. My float "ear" snapped of as I was trying to push the pin out. It's a clean break, and it looks like JB Weld will fix it. But the varnish was so thick in there! And the smell almost made me hurl.

Great read! And I especially like that you posted the exact same problem that I created at the end of your message. Nicely done.
