You have a 1978 KZ650. Assuming they are the stock carbs there is nothing to rebuild. They are pretty much bullletproof unless someone has damaged them. They just need to be clean and properly adjusted. The stock jets and needles don't really wear out and are more precise than most aftermarket stuff. DO NOT mix parts between carbs. If you disassemble the carbs, keep each carb's parts in a separate container and put them back into the carb from which they came.
You really should buy a Kawasaki Service Manual. No one has ever regretted buying one as they are worth their weight in gold. Be sure to get one for your exact year & model as there are differences. VERIFY the model motorcycle you have before buying anything. If it is indeed a 1978 it could be a KZ650-C2; B2; B2A; D1; or D1A. Be sure of the model before moving forward.
