KZR Rally 2015

So, before I put an itinerary together, based on books I've read through, is anyone here that lives along the blue ridge mountains have ideas for rides or places those riding to meet up with one another?

So, Mid-Ohio rendezvous point from there first leg, Sunday, will be to Virginia. There we all figure out accommodations. Those of us that really like to ride can ride a few routes, should be at least one night. I have a cool book that gives the straight dope on the rides and the next day, or two, we ride through the mountains down to Tellico Plains. Great riding that I can attest to. Then back through St. Louis and parts north to home. Who's interested. This is the skeleton for a route at the moment. Will flesh out once more people chime in. We have at least 5-10 dedicated riders at this moment. Hoping to get more. Colorado was awesome with just the few riders in attendance but if that was any indication for those of you in attendance this will be even better. I'm thinking a good five, even six days to get back home full of some of the best riding I have ever experienced in my life. Colorado was great but corners are different.

I think the crux of our riding will be influenced by this book.

Eddiem and you west coast guys need to plan this out and arrange dates. Northern Cali beckons your attention to Rally!

There are a bunch of guys that will meet up with us in those parts. Plus the mid ohio rally is Mecca for the Midwesterners. Perhaps you could trailer up.

Eddie any time you are in the Midwest you have a nice safe place to park your motor home at my place if you want

I went to high school in Yucca at Sky High Custom Classix is in Morongo from my understanding what are you about 50 miles from Yucca Valley?

Right below it in Sky Valley.



My place is at the mouth of East Deception Canyon.
