Hi,

Saw this bike for sale. The guy is asking 1,200$ USD.

It has 30,000km on it.
Motor is running but th biek has been park for the last 6 years.

I should I pay for this?

Lucky for me I'm in Quebec, Canada!

I saw one on ebay last week and it was a very very nice replica and he haven't been able to sell it for 4000$.

This one will need a lot of loving.....

If the bike is running, and running well, then US$1200 is a proper amount to ask...there is little of an ELR in that bike other than the paint (poor quality) and pipe (needs paint)...a major problem with the 1981 GPz's was the FI...which tended to be problematical. As with zzrmkII, I'd not hestitate if that bike were in Houston:)

Thanks guys.

I'm looking at another one also which is a 1981 KZ1000j.

This one is completely appart and include a larger swing arm and rear wheel.

He is asking 300$ but haven't seen any picture.

Would it be better to invest in a KZ1000j or a GPZ1100?
