I called them, seems they were holding my order for a back ordered Triumph spring washer that was late showing up. Nice of them to make me call to find out  They'll ship my in-stock stuff Monday so I'll have it Wednesday. That should coincide nicely with my triples getting finished along with a couple engine parts to be cleaned. My Z1E order arrived today with seals, cam chain and main bearing studs, and Cometic shipped my lower end gasket kit yesterday :cheer:

The next few months are going to be busy :woohoo:

Glad to hear your parts are on the way. I have ordered a TON of OEM parts from BB and my only complaint is the time it takes to receive the items. Aftermarket stuff seems to ship right away, but not the OEM stuff. I think they source the OEM stuff...they don't seem to stock any of it...so it takes a little longer for them to round up those parts. Overall they are pretty good though and I get an AMA discount that can really add up.

The Kaw List:
Current: 79 KZ1000 A3 MKII, 78 KZ1000 A2, 78 KZ1000 Z1-R, 78 KZ650 SR, 80 KE175
Former: 03 KLX400SR, 99 ZRX1000, 82 KZ750 LTD, 80 KZ1000 A4 MKII, 80 KZ1000 LTD, 78 KZ1000 A2, 74 H-2 750 Triple, 78 KL250

Crap  I can't believe I forgot to order steering bearing seals. I can only find the lower one at Z1E. Anyone know where to get top and bottom steering bearing seals?

I forgot to post a little progress I made last weekend with my new helper. After putting him on the roof to take down my christmas lights, I showed him how to use a set of calipers. Then I set him to measuring my lower subframe brackets with instructions to box the brackets in. I helped him with the first one and then let him have at it. He had a hacksaw, a bench vice, a pair of vice grips, a bench grinder, a 6" caliper and a fine tip sharpie.

I did the tack welding, but it won't be long before he'll be doing that part too :)

Here is a side by side comparison of the stock GSXR triples and irishwills

Note the state required packing tape. I hear its against the law to use less than a whole roll on any package...
