NRC,
Nice bike. Got more pics? I'd like to see some shots of how you mounted the top stabilizer.
Thanks,

Been over a year since I worked on my Bike or visited this website.
But i have started to work on the project again.
I have taper bearings ordered and an acewell Speedo in the mail.
Also shaved the emblems off the tank and need to fix a few remaining dings.
I ran across and issue tonight. What have some of you guys used for throttle cables? stock kz throttle cables are pooched, But Im not sure how I would fasten them to the 636 twist throttle anyhow
Any insight and pictures would be great.

Recieved all my goodies but have to send back the 530 chain (to short) and the throttle cables(not compatible with the motion pro throttle).
Re-wired the bike up to get it started (been 2 years since it has run and 20+ prior to that).
Guess what....Gas leaking from carbs 3 & 4 before I got a chance to turn it over.
Ordered 4 carb repair kits, and thought I might as well grab an electronic ignition. So I am waiting on those things.
I still don't know how I'm going to solve the kick start issue I have. The rear sets are in the way and I would love to salvage the use of the kick start. I was thinking maybe eliminate the rear brake pedal all together and run a small lever on the bars like a stunt bike.
