New sprocket questions was created by donthekawguy
I got my wheels aigned today and found that my front sprocket is about 15mm too close to the enigine side. I forgot who makes a offset 530 front sprocket. Any ideas?

d&g chassis, pmfr, 15mm is about the same as 5/8 which is a very common offset ape may have them as well also try schnitz racing they are pretty good to deal with or maybe even pingle aren't you glad you asked. also if you need that much offset you may have to relieve the frame where the chain runs close or it will hit for sure.

Shoot I didn't even think of that. The chain I ordered was too short so now I have to wait until I come up with the cash to get a new one. I guess I should add on another 80-100 bones for a new sprocket.

Thats what I'm needing. I'll have to get out to the garage and make sure how much offset I need for sure. I just took a general measurement for now. That laser pointer thinggy I bought sure comes in handy for this kind of stuff. The only thing is it's not magnetic so I need a third hand.
