Today after I left the slave cylinder hanging vertical overnight I pushed one more 60cc syringe of fluid in from the slave bleeder valve and the air is gone so it goes right into any gear. Tomorrow morning they are mounting and balancing the new tires so I can start test driving it as soon as I put the wheels back on. Then any other bugs will show themselves if there are any.

Good to hear you are sorted Kelly, for future reference the bleeding procedure I mentioned is quick and easy (as long as your brake fluid is clean)

Today I finished up mounting the wheels and ran out of daylight so I'll test drive it tomorrow. Earlier today the county street sweeper was out and did my test loop. I live out in the country and it's 12 miles around my "block". The route has a couple of good straightaways four fun 90° turns and a section of curves. Weekday mornings around 10am is a really good time to go out testing bikes or cars.
After a good test ride I'll clean 7+ years of dirt and dust off of it.

Yesterday the boy and I took the MG out for a good test drive. It still drives better than a new one. When we got home I washed 7+ years of dirt and dust off. Last night the wife and I took it out for dinner, I need to replace the right front marker light bulb.
