Hey Fellas,
I've come a long way on the build i love the rear and the swinger but I am not thrilled with the front end, I decided against the rake and now it seems a bit too high in the front. What are the fork swap options that will allow a little bit lower stance and the addition of a newer wheel and caliper set up....without toooooooo much more machine shop hours.

I'm not sure why you'd want to put a long swingarm on the bike, you may think it looks good but it will handle like crap. Long swingarms are for drag racing, straight line , not going round corners. What triple clamps are you using, the front wheel looks way to close to the pipes. The top clamp doesn't look stock.   What's the intended use for the bike ?  

A word of caution, those RFY shocks are meant to be scooter shocks.  They may not be up to the task for supporting the weight of a KZ.  I'll add that you CAN rebuild them and make them perform decently, but you'll have to dig into them.

Also, make sure those pod filters aren't blocking off any air intake tubes in the mouth of the carb. Sometimes pod filters have a rubber lip on the inside that can press up against portions of the carb mouth and cause running issues.

I agree, somethings not looking right. Triple clamps are wrong or head tube is bent. Front end is standing straight up. Better do so looking.

forks were way too high in the triple tree, it is stock neck ect. I have since corrected the problem. Also decided on stock shocks as the grab bar can be used with them.

Bro this is an old school muscle bike  not a corner cutter and it handles like a dream and fast as hell..........in a straight line

I've used spacers to lower the stock front fork on my Yamaha. No reason you couldn't do the same here. Be advised a little goes a long way. That is, I fit 2" drop spacers and it was way too low... 1" seemed ideal.
