So.. .yesterday I gave up on converting to 530. Z1Parts only has rear sprockets 48 through 51 and the math trying to convert that is making my brain hurt. Path of least resistance is stay with 630. I ordered new 630 sprockets today, went down one tooth from stock in front and a 35 in back. This whole journey started because the Z1 needs new sprockets. A friend gave me a brand new 530 O ring chain a while back and I thought if I go with it I just need to buy new sprockets instead of new chain and sprockets. Anyway... screw it.
Very odd. Z1 has the exact 530 sprocket you need in stock. Oh well...
Yup, they sure do. I just looked them up. Says they're in stock.
You wouldn't believe the hoops I've jumped through with them. (I'm assuming you're referring to Z1Parts, not Enterprises). There was no problem with the front; it was the rear I couldn't nail down. I called on 4 or 5 occasions, talked to Celeste, said she would check and get back to me. I'd wait 3 or 4 days, call back... same thing. Finally on last attempt she called back and said they had some rears but 48 was the smallest size. That's when I finally said F it.
Checking Z1Enterprises I see they have this. 6 hole, I assume it would fit? But I have no idea what front would relate to 14 - 35... one down in front from stock.

Yeah, I was referring to Z1 Enterprises instead of Z1 Parts, my bad. Sorry you had so much grief. I just ordered all that stuff off another site. Last I looked I had a brand new 630 chain sitting up on the shelf with all my chains waiting to go on this bike. I was going to slide it on and let it ride on these sprockets since they look perfect. Went to get the chain out of the cabinet and it's not there. Probably pulled it out and hid it from myself. Oh well, going 530 now. Going 520 on my other bike.
On that SX650 sprocket, the center is 10mm larger than the KZ sprockets, I'd find the correct JT488 style sprocket before I used that one.
