I`m planning to upgrade to eletrical tacho and speedo, do you know about where I can by cover for the tacho whole on the engine and speedo wire whole on the fron wheel?

Easiest solution is to remove the required bits from the existing cables, cut a disc that fits inside then just blank off the cable locations. You will need to remove the dive from the tacho as it's proud of the thread face. It's will simply slide out. If your worried about any oil leaks, which there shouldn't be if the seals are good, just silicon the discs in.

Z1000J2 somewhat modified!

Fill the nut with silicon and use one of these with correct dimension?
