Thanks Hardrock. I only ask because I didn't think it was that big a deal to have a lock cylinder re-coded. I used to do it at a Ford dealer where I worked and once you learned the little "tricks of the trade" it was pretty straight forward. I guess I can understand on a 100 point restoration project wanting to keep all the numbers matching, but for me it would just be to keep the locks all using the same key. Multiple keys can be a pain.

I will trade my seat lock but have to check first for the key code# 752 tomorrow. If so you can get it for the shipping. I get yours and you get my seat lock.

Scirocco that would be FANTASTIC! Are You in the states? The reason i ask is because international mailing has been spotty at best these days. I normally only do the "original" stuff so that would be a super nice jewel to help finish-up the late 73. Although i normally only do original an exception is the 1428 Turbo i redid and just dropped in the old school drag racer frame yesterday, ha. Let me know when You get a chance to verify number!

Thank-You!! While he is rooting around in his honey pot of parts perhaps he could source a matching number fork lock? I should of kept a keener eye on all the lock sets OINK was listing. Oh well...
