I’m a filmmaker looking to fact-check something…

I’m looking for the name of a tire brand that could have been used as a replacement tire on a late 60s/early 70s Kawasaki 500. The bike’s owner doesn’t remember the name of this brand, he only recalls:

-It would have replaced the stock rear tire, which was a K78 Dunlop.

-It may have been a street racing tire.

-The brand name is a long Japanese name that may start with “K” (it's not Kawasaki and it has more syllables).

I’ve searched for this brand name but can’t find anything that fits. I think it might be a Yokohama tire (and that he’s misremembering the first letter) or there’s a defunct brand that someone here may remember.

Any thoughts or leads are appreciated.
