I need to know the ID of the 77 kz 1000 neck and the ID of the kz440 neck. Can someone help me with this?

What exactly are you attempting to do here?

I would assume put the KZ1K on the 400?

The 77 KZ 1000 uses 30 X 48 X 14 (ID X OD X height- of the the bearing- in mm) top bearing / 30 X 52 X 17 lower bearing.
The KZ 440 uses 30 X 48 X 14 top bearing / 30 X 48 X 13 lower bearing.
These measurment are from a tapered steering bearing kits.
You would probably need the KZ 440 bearing kit to put a KZ 1000 front end on the 440
