Mikaw, are those from a Suzuki? The knob is on the bottom. I think Kawasaki versions had the knob on the top. Mine is on the top.

I think they are Kawasaki, but I'm far from the expert. I'll concede if I'm wrong.

That's not consistent with the ones I posted from Evilbay. They are single feed and have a straight arm.

if you look at the pictures the fuel tee and connection spigots are new and the arm, look at all the other zinc plated parts on the carbs, they all show signs of age but not the arm and diaphragm cover.

My set has the low down idle adjuster and the central fuel feed Tee.

I sent off one carb to have the float post welded and when it gets back I'll assemble everything and check for clearance.

I can agree with that statement. But research shows the same part number for the '79 /'80 with single feed vs the '80 with dual feed. Part number Kawasaki 14025-1139. Here is a picture of it from CMSNL. Straight! Maybe the VM24's are different

I know Partzilla isn't always correct but go here and check the application for that part number... I'd bet a large coffee and Krispy Kreme that its a straight arm

You're correct...more than just the Z1R carbs have the adjust knob on the bottom. All of the B series have it on the top.

Bought a idle speed stop screw from a KZ550. The size of the spline pattern is the same as the Mikuni part on these carbs so I'll either pull off the knob and install it on the original screw or mod this screw to work on the pumper carbs. An expert may notice it's not a perfect match but I doubt very many people will complain.

Carbs are almost done except for massive fuel leak whenever the pump is actuated. Fuel pouring from float bowl gasket. I don't understand because I've got new gaskets and have O-rings on the pump nozzles. Even if the O-rings are the wrong size I think the float bowl gasket would keep fuel in. Any suggestions?
