All current competitive TF bikes run with the head reversed and a big forward facing injector hat scooping up air for the blower. The valve cover and the stud pattern. May not even be an oem cover- MTC and Ward both sold GPZ style covers with their aftermarket heads. Stud pattern determines inline 4 TF engine brand,this engine is a Trett bottom end with Kawasaki studs.

Looks like an after market valve cover Jack. Very sweet bike
