History unknown. We'd guess condition is 7 or 8 of 10. No splits or tears, all the waffle ribs are present. Normally soft, no sun oxidation. It is seen here after soft brush scrubbing with detergent & water. It will likely get somewhat better if cleaned with rubbing alcohol followed by ArmorAll or similar.
