Hey guys, I've got the chance to buy two of these wrenches, a 10 inch one for £20 and a smaller one for £10 they look so good I don't even think they've been used, my question is. ...are we just looking at a different kind of crecent wrench here? Is it just used to get a quick and secure hold of a range of nut sizes or does it have any other use or advantages? Thanks
I have been using Knipex brand channel locks slip-joint pliers exclusively for over 20 years. I'm a big fan.
Many years ago when I was younger, slimmer & stronger, I used 1 pair to do pull-ups with. They are that good. Buy with confidence.
Don't be ridiculous! It's only a flesh wound!

I'm sure Knipex makes high quality tools, but wouldn't it be better to use the correct size socket wrenches for loosening or tightening hexagonal fasteners? This seems especially true since a socket applies force to all 6 sides of a fastener rather than just 2 sides. Ed
