Right! In fact, over there you will even be able to see which end of the carb goes on top and which end goes on the bottom. It makes the clear tube test work much better with the bowls on the bottom.

Heh, it's temporary. I might make something more permanent.

However it does need some strength, notice my version acts like a rotisserie so I can flip them over. B)

That's actually pretty neat, also makes it really easy to set the carbs perfectly level before checking the floats.

Btw, I found that it's nice to have a drip pan under the carbs, I used an old bread form.

Alright. Found some polished rods at work... super hard and strong, and pretty. So I made some legs...

I like OnkelB's pan idea, so I left room for a pan. The legs can swing wider if necessary and are self leveling... to do that I just wobbled the drill bit so the ends of the holes are wider, but the middle of the holes are still hold tight on the legs.

To flip the carbs, i just pull off the legs and put them in from the other end.

The legs can also fold flat to hang the whole thing on a wall.

Then had some left over paint from the bike stand....

Hope this will appeal to Dave's more delicate sensibilities. :P
