From CycleChaos.com >> List of Kawasaki motorcycles:  it's either a 1980 KZ750-E1 or KZ750-H1 Ltd.
In the UK it might be designated as Z750 & not use the "K". KZ is kind of a North American thing not generally used in Europe.
The 750E engine is black. while the Ltd is silver & the Ltd has disco styling w more chrome.

Before buying anything, check the diagrams & cross-reference at Partzilla first.
What I do is find the part there & check the x-ref, then search the part number on EB (ebay) to see what's available.
Photos of new or NOS (new old stock) parts can be handy, in case you aren't sure what something should look like.
I also search by name & alternate names. especially if the part number doesn't yield very many results.
Z1Enterprises.com has some items for the motorcycle, especially maintenance stuff.  There are a couple of UK vendors as well that cater to the vintage crowd.

Cmsnl.com is another place that has diagrams w cross-reference.  Based in the UK.  Partzilla is kind of easier to use, though.

Thanks for the pics.  Silver engine probably indicates that it's from the Ltd. But I think the color would be the only difference from the 750E Standard model which has a black engine; the internals would be the same.

In case you aren't aware, there's a 1980-85 KZ750 factory service manual pdf available. It should be linked here on KZR.  yellow-gold cover w color wiring diagrams.  There's also a black-&-white version floating around the internet, but it's poorly copied.  so be sure to get the good one.
