Crankshaft marks
16 Apr 2020 03:56
Hi All,
Looking for some help determining the main bearing size on my 1981 KZ 750 4 cylinder. I can see a 1 stamped left flyweight on the number 3 piston. But the alignment of the stamping does not seem to match the manual. I have a 0 stamped on the corresponding area of the crankcase as well. My guess is that I need the ‘brown’ main bearing.
Could anyone give me some feedback on the crankshaft mark? Are they usually slightly differently placed, compared to manual?
