hey all.

i've been looking around a bunch lately, trying to find old moriwaki engineering and yoshimura engine/chassis parts. i don't seem to find much around in the states.

at least not online.

i had a friend in japan do some searching for me, and turned up quite a resource for them. the japanese yahoo auctions. i'll be getting some parts here in the next month or so, and i wanted to check here and see if there might be some parts that some of you other z and kz nuts might be looking for.

my friend usually works with people to send some JDM automotive tuning parts over here. he charges a fee(20% of purchase price), and i am responsible for all shipping costs(for my own parts). just want to be up front with folks, and tell you how it works, so it may seem expensive.

some of the stuff is new in the box, some used. i see a few exhausts, swingarms, point and kick start covers, forks, shocks, cams, pistons sets, you name it.

drop me a line if you are interested. either via U2U, or email me at solomrus(at)netscape.net

PS: i am not a vendor or anything, i wouldn't be making money on this. my buddy over there is doing the bike parts as a favor to me.

When I saw the subject line I thought you were talking about radio...

Can you ask him if a standard bore piston for an 82 Yamaha XS650 is available over there. Can't find one in USA or UK.

I wouldn't mind a yoshi header for my 80kz 750 ltd. Again if the price is right.

Thanks. Mike's does not sell a std. bore piston.
Have a low miles engine with bore that's well within spec and would prefer replacing to boring and replacing.

Dealing with other extreme on a ft500. can only find 0.060 over and rebore will be 0.080. Plenty of sleeve left but no partz :-(

you a velly funny guy!

i'd have a few of them at that price. the yoshi's are going from 20000Y and up. that'd be about 190$ at the exchange rate.

the mori's are all pretty close to a grand. i won't be getting one of those, unfortunately.
