About a month ago I came across a KZ1100 being advertised to sell. It was half taken apart, bits and pieces in bags and boxes. Apparently it had been sitting under a tarp for 20 years.
The price was right, so I pulled the trigger and dragged it home. Just dropped off the cylinder block with 4 new 75mm pistons at the machine shop. Once I get moved and settled I want to disassemble it to the bare frame and throw lots of new parts & paint at it.

Welcome from far away Holland. I did the same with my Z1100 shaftie... good luck, its really worth the effort, they are great bikes!
1982 KZ1100A (shaft). Customized bike. Runs K&N airpods, stepped up carbs. Rebuilt wiring harness and an M-unit blue. Led lighting, Mosfet reg-rec, li-fe battery, new controls, home built saddle and fully new paint job. All this took me a few years... :-)
