Last September I bought another bike to do a winter restoration project. It was bought in Southern Ontario Canada, and seemed to have been mostly from that area. First registered Ontario owner is Hurst Yamaha in 1984.While searching for parts for it, I was puzzled to not be able to find the exact model on any websites or Kawasaki parts breakdowns. In another thread,  martin csr noted that Kawasaki only allowed parts breakdowns for Canada and US bikes. So I did some image searches and found 5 models of my bike for sale (4 red and one green) ......in Argentina! Wow. It must have been imported in the early 80's. It's a beautiful looking bike and now I know where to search for some chrome parts. Here are photos of each bike

The only difference I can see is the Z440 and KZ440 emblem.
