I could be wrong, but this is a very nice work area to have while working on your bike.  Brings back some memories of my parents house when I had 5 motorcycles sitting in what we called the "breeze-way" between the house and the garage.  It also served as my sleeping quarters when my grandmother moved in with us much to my Mom's dismay.  It was a rather cramped area in the winter time while I was "improving" any number of my bikes LOL!  Anyway, in the OP's picture I could swear I see a time bomb in the background of the picture.  Is that an open car of red paint in front of the window I see?  On a very nice hard wood floor?  OMG if it is!  Keep children and animals away!!  Just saying....I of course have no past experience with anything of the sort....

Looks to me like a tub of Mobil 1 wheel bearing grease.  I have the same one myself.  I don't recommend putting it in a grease gun, as it tends to separate and all of the thin red oil leaks out of the gun and makes a big mess everywhere.

Ah thank you, this will be half the battle, im waiting on the seat latch unit from japan and it might be a while as they are out of stock and the battery box should be here from the states this week. There will be an attempt to make the pieces close to stock but with out actually having them here to work off im goin only by photos of the Internet but this helps a lot mate.
