calum post=847833I just cut a set of rear hangers off. They were pretty bad as well but I could check to see if at least one side isn't rusted through - then you may be able weld the good side of mine over the outside of yours... or chop out what you need and do some patchworking.

I wish Calum, the other side is just as bad. Bad design on mother Kawasaki , there is an unwelded inlet on the top of the bracket that lets water in but the welds on the lug doesnt let it out, in water rich countries like mine thats a recipe for...rust. Im thinking of remaking the support, cad the shape and reweld the lugs back in place. It may not be factory finish but it will be close.. ish but either way id like to keep the passenger foot pegs OEM.
