That's pretty rough. Here's what we started with, it had spent the last 16 years in the guys dining room. There was a lot of hack jobs done to the poor thing trying to get it running. We pulled everything apart except the motor. It has great compression and only 15k miles on it. Blasted and painted the frame as well as going through all the systems. We painted the body work after scraping off the spider cracked stuff that looked like they sprayed it with orange gel coat. We didn't paint the tank that the guy tried to line with fiberglass resin, almost have all of that out of the tank.
